Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain website content through Kentico and related digital platforms, including attorney bios, practice pages, insights, events, campaigns and other content, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, UX and search visibility.
• Coordinate with global digital teams on website updates, content workflows, platform enhancements and digital best practices.
• Create, schedule and publish social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other firm channels, including posts supporting campaigns, events, thought leadership, awards and announcements.
• Create and edit branded digital assets using Photoshop/Adobe Creative Suite, including graphics, invitations, advertisements, presentations, newsletters and other marketing materials.
• Source and organize approved imagery while maintaining consistency across digital channels and marketing materials.
• Support SEO, GEO, analytics and reporting initiatives; monitor website, social and campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
• Assist with email marketing, newsletters, event invitations, CRM activities, list management and campaign reporting.
• Support US Marketing and Business Development initiatives, events, sponsorships, awards, research and profile-raising campaigns.
• Collaborate with attorneys, marketing/business development teams, global digital/CRM teams and external agencies to execute projects and resolve issues.
• Stay current on digital marketing, SEO, GEO, AI and emerging technologies; support training, knowledge sharing and ad hoc digital projects.
• Photoshop and Adobe required
