No previous customer service experience is required. We provide training, coaching, and hands-on support to help you build the skills you need to succeed.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for creating positive customer experiences while representing our clients and their brands.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answering questions and providing helpful information
Representing clients and their products or services
Building positive relationships with customers
Providing exceptional customer service
