Join Amazon Global Logistics as a Shipper Performance Coach and drive innovation in our transportation and logistics network. In this pivotal role, you’ll enhance the shipper experience for vendors and sellers, evaluate network defects, and implement performance improvements. Your work will directly impact Amazon's ability to deliver exceptional service to millions of customers worldwide.
As a Shipper Performance Coach, you’ll start your day reviewing performance data and identifying trends. You’ll then conduct coaching sessions with shippers, offering tailored advice to improve their processes. Throughout the day, you’ll collaborate with various teams to implement new strategies and track their effectiveness. You’ll also participate in innovation sessions, brainstorming ways to revolutionize the transportation shipper experience.
