This role partners with Risk Management to resolve discrepancies, collaborates with project teams, and drives process improvements to enhance efficiency and execution. This position is based in our Plano, TX office and reports directly to the Invoice Manager, Capital Administration.Key ResponsibilitiesCompile comprehensive vendor onboarding packages, including thorough reviews of licenses and insurance to ensure compliance with company policies.Collaborate with Risk Management to address and resolve insurance discrepancies promptly and effectively.Foster collaboration and synergy among project team members to enhance productivity and achieve project objectives.Continuously assess and refine project processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.Perform other projects and responsibilities as required.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of this employee for this job.
