All items sent back for return or exchange are subject to a full inspection upon delivery. VaninaLLC keeps the right to decline the return or exchange if it has not been returned in a sellable condition deemed by our standards.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We will accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, with tags still attached only. Upon receipt of returned goods, VaninaLLC keeps the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise does not meet the brand requirements. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after reception in our warehouse. We will send a confirmation e-mail once your return has been processed. Though we process your return immediately, please allow 2 or 3 working days for it to appear on your bank statement.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 14 days after the delivery date to our warehouse.
