Vanina Takvorian was born in Nice, France, and spent her formative years in various countries as she accompanied her father, a Civil Engineer employed by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Upon legally immigrating to the United States at the age of 30, she embarked on an investment in real estate, a lifelong aspiration.
Among her many ambitions, Vanina sought to invest in and assist others with investing in Manhattan’s notoriously challenging real estate market, a feat she ultimately achieved. Additionally, she endeavored to obtain American citizenship and establish herself as a successful entrepreneur, both of which she accomplished through persistent dedication to her goals.
